Happy Thursday!

Visited Arizona for the first time this past Memorial Day weekend. I must say, Arizona is very beautiful and so clean. We left the rainy Houston weather and arrived at cool, sunny Arizona. From Phoenix, we drove to Sedona, a must visit if you are ever in Arizona. Sedona is beautiful with so many gorgeous red sandstone formations. There are so many activities one can choose to do in Sedona (hiking, biking, etc.) and there situates a cute little village with lots of shops and restaurants. If you don't mind a little 2 mile hike uphill, Devil's Bridge is so worth it for the amazing view of all the red rocks.

We also visited the Grand Canyon for the first time. For those that told us the Grand Canyon is over-rated, they lied. It is something you should see at least once in your lifetime. I can now check it off of my bucket list!

And of course I couldn't leave Arizona without finding some cacti to take pictures with first. The Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix has all the succulents your heart desires!

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Mosaic

Dress: Lovers + Friends / Purse: Loeffler Randall / Sunglasses: Prada / Sandals: Zara

This super late post was when we had our girl's trip to San Francisco a few weeks ago and did a little wine tour in Sonoma and Napa Valley. For the most part, I really enjoyed the tour. Especially the early morning trip to Muir Woods to see all the beautiful Redwood trees before we made our way into wine country. The wine tour was great as well but a little rushed at each winery. I think next time, we will just do our own tour so that we can stay for as long as we'd like.

I decided to bring this mosaic print Lovers + Friends dress along to wear to the winery. This dress has been on major repeat all month long. It makes such a great dress to just throw on and go. Also super comfortable!

I am already missing San Francisco so much. It's such a great city!

Helloooo Monday.
Hope you guys had an amazing weekend. We had lots and lots of rain here in Houston, so it has been extra humid lately. My friend told me about this beautiful mural (one of my favorites so far) in Downtown Houston so we thought we'd stop by and snap a few pictures. My new open back tank from Wildbloom Boutique was perfect for the extremely humid temperature we've been having and I'm in LOVE with the bright color. The colors of the flowers also happened to compliment the color of my outfit so nicely. As luck was on our side, as soon as we finished our little photo session and jumped in the car, the rain poured down pretty heavily!
Thank you for stopping by!

Happy Monday!
The days are just going by so fast I cannot believe it's already almost mid May. Wore this super comfy outfit to run errands all day Saturday and then went to the Garden Center to do some last minute Mother's Day shopping. For some reason, the plants in this little area we walked by in the Garden Center reminds me of Dr. Seuss's Whoville. One of my favorite movies that I have probably seen like over 30 times is 'Horton Hears a Who!'. So I figured it was the perfect spot for a little photo op! After all the errand running and shopping, by 9 p.m, I was pretty much ready to throw in the towel and jump into bed (yes, I'm a grandma!).

Hope you guys had a fun Mother's Day weekend and thank you so much for stopping by!

Happy Monday!

You know how much I love a delicate and feminine dress. So you can imagine my excitement when I was introduced to New Friends Colony. A feminine and modern women's contemporary brand based in Los Angeles. New Friends Colony carry garments with very intricate, hand beading details combined with very feminine and classic silhouettes.
I am just smitten with the beaded shift dress I am wearing above. The classic fit is so flattering on any body types and will never go out of style. The beading details is just AMAZING and makes the dress that much more special. This style also comes in my favorite color, blue! This dress is currently on sale at Revolve Clothing with other beautiful pieces.

Spring Details

Dress: Lulu's / Purse: Loeffler Randall / Shoes: Forever 21 / Necklace:
c/o Rocksbox (use code "quynhttran" for your first month FREE) / Cuff: Gorjana  c/o Rocksbox

As much as I love wearing heels, a lot of times I just want to be comfortable, if there is a good amount of walking involved throughout the day. I found these perforated loafers at Forever 21 and thought the white was different and a color I don't typically have in my closet yet. And it was only $15! I thought it looks dressy enough to go with this dress, so I gave it a try, and I actually kind of liked it together. With the dressy details of the jewelry and the dress, the loafers gives it more of a casual vibe but still appropriate for a night time look.

Oh yeah, is anyone as excited as I am for the Lilly Pulitzer x Target Collection???!!!

Happy Monday!
Today I wanted to share a few of my recent favorites.

I recently received my first Rocksbox and I cannot be more excited!
Rocksbox is a premium jewelry rental service and for $19 a month, you'll get 3 pieces of designer jewelry sent to you, picked by your stylist, based on a style test you take when signing up. You can keep any piece that you love for as long as you'd like or return them after each month to receive 3 new pieces. If you receive a piece that you love so much and cannot get yourself to return it, you can purchase it at a discounted price. The three pieces picked out for me were SPOT ON. They are everything I would have picked out for myself. I am especially obsessed with this Gorjana cuff I received in my Rocksbox, so I think I'll be keeping this cuff for a few more months! I cannot wait to see what will be sent to me next month!
If you want to try it out, you can get your first month free with code "quynhttranxoxo".

This perfect boho top I recently purchased was an amazing find. The color and print combined with the loose, flowy look made for the perfect spring top that I have been loving lately. It also has all these intricate beadings around the neckline that makes it even more special.

Now, these jeans!
I always have trouble finding skinny jeans that fit my legs nicely. If they fit my thighs, they're too loose for my calves. That is until I discovered Zara's super skinny jeans. They actually look like skinny jeans on me and not straight legs. These pairs also have a little bit of distressed details on them which is so on trend this season. I will be making another trip soon to get more!

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Change

Top: Forever 21 (purchased in store) / Shorts: One Teaspoon / Bag: 3.1 Phillip Lim  / Sandals: Forever 21 / Sunglasses: Prada (similar) / Necklaces: Baublebar, Baublebar

As you can see, I decided to go lighter for Spring. I usually play it pretty safe with my hair, so this is the most wildest thing I've done to it in a long, long time. I was getting really bored of my previous hair and it was definitely time for a change. Maybe I'll try a little something more adventurous next time! :)
This past weekend's perfect weather calls for running errands in shorts. My outfit was really simple so I found this fun colorful wall to compliment it.
