That little hint of Fall weather disappeared pretty quickly here in Texas. No complaints here though since I can get more use out of my summer dresses and sandals. Here is another shift dress that is so comfortable to wear and would make such a great transitional piece once the weather starts to cool down again.

Seriously, where did the time go? How is it October already?!

I wouldn't call myself an avid thrift shopper but about once a month, I like to hit up the vintage shops in the Montrose area hoping to score some hidden treasures. As usual, thrift shopping is a hit/miss. Sometimes, I can leave with a bunch of great items and sometimes with just one item or none at all. This past trip, I left with just this little shift dress by MBMJ. I thought this dress with all its cute details and vintage look was such a score. So did all the sales girls/guys at the counter. They were ECSTATIC to see that I chose to buy this little dress. It made me question why they were so happy that I purchased it. Were they just glad that some sucker finally bought this unwanted, heinous dress or did they really love it? These questions didn't bother me long because really, what matters is that I love it and got a great deal for it!
