Had to try to snap some quick pictures of this bright outfit I had on this past week before the sun went down. It is still scorching hot here but we have been getting a lot of rain showers (which we really needed), so I thought I'd brighten up my gloomy day with this bright ensemble.

 

I tried to keep my accessories at a minimal since my color palette is so loud. I've been wearing this delicate name bar necklace from 9thandelm every day since I received it. I even received a few compliments from strangers while at the US Open for Labor Day weekend.

Found this little number hanging in the back of my closet while I was doing some summer cleaning. I recall wearing this a while back and it slowly got pushed to the back of my closet as newer purchases made their way in. I'm so glad I found it because it is such a cute dress and it deserves many more wears. This shows that I don't need to shop so much. Just shop in my closet more often!

Attended a wedding this weekend and decided to wear a black dress for once. For someone who loves bright colours, I don't have too many black dresses hanging in my closet. The intricate velvet detailing combined with the partially exposed mesh back make this LBD a little bit more fun!

I may or may not have worn this dress consistently for the past few weekends. :)

 

I am so glad I did not pass up on purchasing this dress. I initially saw it being worn on a mannequin in Juicy Couture's storefront window and thought I'd try it on for fun. After some contemplation, I put it back on the rack where I found it and went on my merry way since, do I really need another floral dress? Thirty minutes later (probably not even that long) I came back and got it since I couldn't stop thinking about it and it was 50% off! I'm glad I did because I love it and it's so comfortable.

 

And this clutch.

 

When I saw this Botkier Honore clutch on Hautelook with a front strap, I knew it had to be mine. I love this sample sale website. They have items from different designers everyday at a great price.
