I may or may not have worn this dress consistently for the past few weekends. :)

I am so glad I did not pass up on purchasing this dress. I initially saw it being worn on a mannequin in Juicy Couture's storefront window and thought I'd try it on for fun. After some contemplation, I put it back on the rack where I found it and went on my merry way since, do I really need another floral dress? Thirty minutes later (probably not even that long) I came back and got it since I couldn't stop thinking about it and it was 50% off! I'm glad I did because I love it and it's so comfortable.

And this clutch.

When I saw this Botkier Honore clutch on Hautelook with a front strap, I knew it had to be mine. I love this sample sale website. They have items from different designers everyday at a great price.

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day so I hope you will get to spend it with the one(s) you love!

With Valentine's day right around the corner, a fun and flirty dress is the way to go for me. I paired this super feminine off the shoulder dress I purchased from Nasty Gal during one of their crazy sales with my new favorite statement necklace from Baublebar. I kept my accessories to a minimal since there is already so much going on.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great Tuesday!

So, I've been wanting to get in on the full midi skirt action for a long while now. But, at a nearly munchkin height, I'm always afraid that a skirt like this will swallow me whole. When I saw this full pleather midi skirt at my local Forever 21 for $12! I thought, ''what the hey, if it doesn't look good I'm only $12 deep.'' I decided to pair it with a tight crop top (it was beautiful weather in Houston this past weekend) to balance out the look and to keep me from looking frumpy and it wasn't too bad. I may be adding a few more to my closet for the upcoming spring season! :)

A few days ago, I stumbled upon an article on how fashion conscious gals define their signature style. I began to wonder what is mine and I can't come up with anything definite. I know that I love prints and bright colors but that is more of a fashion preference than a style, right? I usually dress my mood for that day and try to buy things that I love and will compliment my body type (but I'm not always right! Haha). I guess, in a broader term, my style is anything and everything that is feminine.
Do you have your personal signature style?

Happy Casual Friday! I thought I'd match my cheery mood with some bright colors or in this case, just a lot of red. I didn't plan on being so matchy-matchy today but sometimes it happens when you quickly throw an outfit together.
I hope you have an amazing weekend and thanks for stopping by!

Happy 2014, you guys! I hope this year has brought a lot of happiness to all of you so far.

As always, I am once again lagging in my blog post. Here is my New Year's Eve look. In real life, this metallic skirt is much shinier and much brighter and definitely a head turner. The intensity of this skirt scares me a bit for everyday wear so I thought I'd save it for my NYE look.
